Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 4–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

During holidays, special promotions, or periods of higher order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that carrier delivery times are separate from our 4–5 business day processing time.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays may affect the estimated delivery date.
